Any trailer returned to us must have prior authorization and be received by us in new condition.  Return freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  A 20% restocking fee will apply.  Insurance in the amount of the original purchase should be obtained by the purchaser to protect against damage during shipment.

Any modifications of any kind to any of our trailers will be considered a custom built trailer and will not be returnable under any circumstances.

DELAYED DELIVERY: At the time of purchase an approximate shipping date will be given. However, certain things beyond our control may make it impossible to ship at the anticipated time previously given. It is our intention to ship our trailers as near this time as possible however failure on our part to ship on a certain date will not be a reason for cancellation.
